For college students, I offer the 21-Day Yoga Challenge. This is not easy. It is a strict program designed to build mental and physical resilience and manage stress. If you show up and commit, you will see what you are truly capable of.
Office stress is real. I partner with companies like Sagar Hospitals to bring the benefits of yoga directly to the workplace. These sessions are designed to help teams de-stress, improve focus, and build a healthier work-life balance.
Sometimes you need to get away to reconnect. I conduct mind-body corporate retreats that offer a deeper dive into wellness, helping teams bond and recharge in a peaceful environment. It is about building a foundation of health and happiness together.
This is our community after a 6 am Yin Yoga session. We are a group of regular people showing up for ourselves. It is about finding that quiet space, improving flexibility, and starting the day with a clear mind.
