I bring specialized yoga and mindfulness workshops to campuses, helping students and faculty manage academic pressure, improve focus, and build sustainable wellness habits.

It was an honor to lead a corporate yoga session for the bright young scholars at the Lila Poonawalla Foundation. My aim was to provide them with practical tools for stress management and hormonal balance.

The session concluded with Savasana (Corpse Pose), allowing the students a moment of complete relaxation to integrate the benefits of the practice and quiet their minds.

I had a wonderful time guiding students at Jain University through an outdoor yoga session. Practicing in nature helps ground their energy and provides a refreshing break from their studies.

About this collection

My sessions for universities go beyond standard poses. I focus on practical techniques, like breathwork for exam stress and simple desk stretches for long library hours, giving students real tools to manage pressure and boost their daily focus.

Academic life is demanding. Whether it is the rigour of dental school or the intense focus required by scholarship foundations, students often carry a lot of physical and mental tension. My workshops are designed to break that cycle.

In my sessions at places like the Lila Poonawalla Foundation and Jain University, I avoid overly rigid, performance-based routines. Instead, we focus on what students actually need: tools to regulate their nervous systems. We cover practical 'Desk Detox' routines that can be done between lectures, breathing techniques to help with exam anxiety, and guided relaxation to improve sleep quality.

For university departments and student unions, I offer:

  • Campus Workshops: Focused sessions on stress management and posture correction for long study hours.
  • Faculty Wellness: Dedicated sessions to help staff recharge and manage professional burnout.
  • Yoga Teacher Masterclasses: For students pursuing a career in wellness, I share real-world insights on building a career, handling group dynamics, and teaching with confidence.

My approach is to meet students exactly where they are. We do not need a perfect studio or high-end equipment. Whether it is a terrace session or a large lecture hall, the goal remains the same: creating a space where the next generation feels supported, grounded, and ready for their future.
