I bring specialized yoga and mindfulness workshops to campuses, helping students and faculty manage academic pressure, improve focus, and build sustainable wellness habits.

It was an honor to lead a corporate yoga session for the bright young scholars at the Lila Poonawalla Foundation. My aim was to provide them with practical tools for stress management and hormonal balance.

Leading a session for future doctors at RV Dental College. I focused on poses and breathing techniques to help them manage the physical and mental demands of their rigorous profession.

At Visva-Bharati University, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, I conducted a master class for yoga students. I shared practical insights on building a career as a yoga teacher and designing impactful classes.

My sessions for universities go beyond standard poses. I focus on practical techniques, like breathwork for exam stress and simple desk stretches for long library hours, giving students real tools to manage pressure and boost their daily focus.
