Yoga for Kids & Young Athletes

I make yoga fun for children, focusing on building fitness, flexibility, and good habits early on. For young athletes, I use yoga to enhance strength, improve focus, and aid in recovery, helping them gain a competitive edge in their sport.

Youth Yoga Challenge

This is my 21-day program for college students who are ready for a serious commitment. It is strict, with only five students per batch, and missing a single day means you are out. This challenge builds discipline, strength, and the ability to handle stress.

Workplace Wellness Programs

I bring yoga right to your office to help your team manage stress and find balance. I offer everything from weekly on-site classes and special wellness day events to immersive corporate yoga retreats.

Our Studio & Community

This is a glimpse into the heart of The Happy Yoga Community. I offer a variety of classes for all levels, including Hatha, Yin, and Aerial Yoga. My goal is to provide a peaceful, positive, and safe space for you to practice and grow.

Special Events

Beyond daily classes, I organize special events to bring our community together and deepen our collective practice. These include celebrating International Yoga Day and hosting challenges like the 108 Surya Namaskara.
