We transform fine natural fabrics into timeless, hand-printed garments. From custom silk sarees to organic cotton shirts, every piece carries our heritage of traditional block printing.

There is a quiet elegance to a well-printed silk saree. For this batch, we carefully curated blocks to match the rhythm of the weave and hand-mixed each color to complement the woven borders, creating a cohesive and lasting piece.

About Custom Apparel & Wearable Art

Our custom process starts with a conversation, not just a fabric choice. Because we hand-carve our own teak wood blocks in our studio, we can turn your specific vision—or even a digital sketch—into a print that is unique to you.

When you choose to create with us, you are not just ordering a garment; you are entering a partnership. Our work begins with understanding your intent. Whether you have a specific pattern in mind, want to adapt one of our vintage archive motifs, or need a complex design translated from a digital vector, we manage every step under one roof.

The Process

We believe in a slow, thoughtful approach to textile production. The journey starts by selecting your base fabric—be it silk, Chanderi, or organic cotton. Once the design is finalized, our master woodcarvers prepare the teak blocks. This is a critical stage, as the carving determines the precision of the print. We then hand-mix our dyes, using GOTS-certified pigments or traditional natural colors, ensuring the palette matches your requirements perfectly.

Why Our Approach Matters

We do not rely on machine-made shortcuts. By manually registering up to three colors and performing multi-layered printing, we achieve depth and texture that mass-production cannot replicate. Because we are based in Sadashivnagar, Bangalore, local clients often visit us to see the mixing and block-testing process firsthand. For those working with us from across India, we maintain consistent communication through testing, sampling, and proofing, ensuring the final piece reflects the quality our studio has been known for since 1977. Every garment, from a festive saree to a contemporary shirt, receives this individual attention, resulting in a piece that lasts for generations.
