A look at our core philosophy in action: master plans that prioritize human interaction, climate responsiveness, and environmental integrity over standard development grids.

This aerial view of AIPL Dream City NXT in Amritsar captures our core belief: large-scale housing should not be monotonous. We intentionally break the rigid grid with staggered plots and varied housing layouts to create a visually dynamic and human-scaled community.

In this video, we walk through our master planning for Utsodhaara Teesta in Siliguri. We made a critical decision to preserve the public nature of the riverfront instead of privatizing it for residences, turning it into a civic promenade that serves the entire community.

This diagram illustrates our strategy for pedestrianization at Sky Mansion, New Delhi. By moving all vehicular traffic and parking underground, we reclaimed the entire podium level for people, creating a safe and expansive landscape for recreation and community interaction.

This ground-level view of our Utopia project in Chennai shows how we design for community. The low-rise blocks are oriented around a shared green courtyard with play areas, creating an intimate, neighborhood feel where daily life unfolds.

We designed the AIPL Joystreet in Nagpur to feel like a bustling city street, not an enclosed mall. This interior render shows the layered public zones, open corridors, and fluid pedestrian pathways that encourage exploration and social connection.

This video offers a glimpse into our collaborative design process. Every project begins with discussion, sketching, and digital modeling, where we layer ideas and critiques to arrive at a thoughtful and well-resolved design solution.

This drone photograph shows a cluster of five sister homes we designed to balance privacy with a connection to nature. Each Vastu-compliant home opens into its own green landscape with pools and rooftop gardens, creating a private oasis within a cohesive micro-community.

This image encapsulates our guiding principle for participatory urban design. We believe that co-designing solutions with the communities who will inhabit them fosters a deep sense of ownership and results in more inclusive, successful, and sustainable cities.

About Featured

We don't approach a master plan by looking for the highest profit yield first; we look at the site’s topography, natural drainage, and the people who will actually inhabit it. We often sacrifice pure density to create green corridors, public promenades, or community spaces, because we believe that successful urban design creates places people actually want to use, not just occupy.
