We are a multidisciplinary practice designing human-centric and contextual architecture, from interiors to urban plans. Our process blends rigorous analysis with collaborative creativity to create spaces that serve people, place, and the environment.

This rendering showcases our TCI Express World Centre in Gurugram, a project that has received LEED Gold Pre-certification. The design, inspired by a stack of floating containers, embodies our commitment to creating sustainable, climate-conscious commercial architecture that is both visually striking and environmentally responsible.
For the Harley-Davidson workspace, we translated the brand's iconic identity into a physical environment. This open-plan office features a custom mural with the tagline "The Look, The Sound, The Feel," surrounded by raw, industrial materials and displays of motorcycle parts, creating a space that authentically reflects the company's culture.
At the heart of the Hamdard HQ in New Delhi, we designed a biophilic central courtyard. This light-filled atrium, featuring trees and informal seating, serves as a green lung for the office, promoting employee wellbeing and providing a serene space for pause and collaboration.
The multi-level atrium of the Town Hall in Siliguri is designed as a vibrant social hub. The grand, curved balconies and expansive glass ceiling create a sense of openness, drawing people into a dynamic retail environment that encourages interaction and community engagement.
We designed this office for the Chief Justice of India within the Supreme Court, creating a space that balances authority with timeless elegance. The room features classic Chesterfield sofas, rich wood panelling, and large windows that fill the space with natural light, reflecting a sense of distinguished purpose.
We believe in prioritizing passive design strategies to enhance building performance. This image illustrates how we use elements like deep slab projections and adaptive façades to reduce heat gain and improve energy efficiency without relying on active systems.
The V'lante retail destination in Gurugram, seen here at dusk, is designed to be a landmark. The architecture uses clean lines, varied massing, and strategic lighting to create an inviting and immersive urban experience that blends retail with community spaces.

We believe a hotel lobby should be more than a waiting area; it should be an introduction to a destination. At the Soaltee Hotel in Kathmandu, we crafted an arrival experience where a sculptural wall echoing the Himalayas meets refined, contemporary design, giving guests a true sense of place from the moment they step inside.
Our design for The Ritz Carlton in New Delhi merges modern luxury with India's rich architectural heritage. The facade incorporates contemporary versions of traditional 'jharokhas' and 'jaalis', creating a visually layered exterior that connects the building to its cultural roots while offering a dynamic play of light and shadow.
The smallest details often tell the biggest stories. For the Soaltee Hotel, we used bold, geometric floor patterns to guide guests and create subtle transitions between spaces. This reinterpretation of traditional Nepalese motifs in a modern palette of black and white marble with brass inlays is central to the lobby's narrative.
Our work is fundamentally rooted in place and shaped by context. We begin every project by listening to the land, its history, and its culture. This image of the Nepalese landscape was a primary inspiration for our redesign of the Soaltee Hotel, reminding us to always design with reverence for the environment.
We design every part of a hotel to contribute to a cohesive guest experience. The lobby bar at The Soaltee Hotel in Kathmandu features custom chain chandeliers and a palette of rich textures and warm lighting, creating an inviting social hub that complements the grandeur of the main reception area.
As architects, we have a responsibility to design for a more sustainable future. We integrate energy-efficient strategies into our projects, from passive cooling techniques and climate-responsive facades to the careful selection of materials, ensuring our buildings are as high-performing as they are beautiful.

We believe institutional buildings should inspire and engage. At the SMR Jaipuria School, we collaborated with artists to turn the building's facade into a vibrant canvas, creating a landmark that reflects the creativity and spirit of the student community within.
We transform overlooked "in-between" spaces into lively hubs for student interaction. This vibrant orange staircase and multi-level courtyard at SMR Jaipuria School is more than just a way to get from one floor to another; it's a place to pause, connect, and build community.
This 12,000 sq ft tensile canopy at SMR Jaipuria School provides an all-weather, climate-responsive solution for outdoor activities. The structure's elegant arches and integrated lighting create a functional and visually striking assembly area, usable day and night, rain or shine.
Natural daylight is fundamental to creating effective learning environments. Our design for Aspire School in Gurugram uses intermittent courtyards and strategic building orientation to ensure that classrooms are filled with natural light, enhancing student well-being and focus.
In healthcare architecture, design must promote healing and comfort. The main lobby of Rukmani Birla Hospital in Jaipur uses high ceilings, natural materials, and abundant light to create a calming, spacious environment that reduces stress for patients and staff alike.
We believe in the honesty and beauty of materials. The facade of the JIM Boys Hostel in Noida features an intricate pattern of exposed brickwork, creating a visually dynamic surface that responds to light and shadow while connecting the new building to the existing campus aesthetic.
We were honored to design this office within the Supreme Court for the Chief Justice of India. The space balances authority with elegance, featuring rich veneer paneling, bespoke bookshelves, and classic furniture to create an environment of distinguished purpose.

This modern farmhouse, reflected in the tranquil water, represents our ideal of equilibrium. We design homes that balance clean, contemporary aesthetics with a deep connection to the natural landscape, creating a serene retreat from the city.
We see large-scale housing not as a grid of repeating units, but as a living community. This aerial view shows our approach to breaking monotony with staggered plots and varied housing types, creating a more human and navigable neighborhood.
A home should be filled with light and life. This double-height living space, opening directly onto a green lawn, illustrates how we choreograph spatial volumes to create bright, airy interiors that connect seamlessly with the outdoors.
We reinterpret traditional concepts like the courtyard for modern living. This central green space in our Kathmandu housing project acts as the community's heart, fostering interaction while providing natural light and ventilation to the surrounding homes.
Materials tell a story. This intricate brick screen, or 'jali', is crafted from locally sourced brick, showcasing our commitment to contextual design. It filters light beautifully and provides passive cooling, blending heritage with performance.
Every project begins as a conversation between pen and paper. This initial sketch allows us to explore spatial relationships and concepts in their purest form, laying the foundation for a design that is both thoughtful and intentional.
We believe vertical living can be personal and grounded. This high-rise in Ranchi reinterprets traditional Indian family structures for an urban context, featuring flexible units and sky gardens that serve as modern courtyards.

This aerial view of AIPL Dream City NXT in Amritsar captures our core belief: large-scale housing should not be monotonous. We intentionally break the rigid grid with staggered plots and varied housing layouts to create a visually dynamic and human-scaled community.
This ground-level view of our Utopia project in Chennai shows how we design for community. The low-rise blocks are oriented around a shared green courtyard with play areas, creating an intimate, neighborhood feel where daily life unfolds.
We designed the AIPL Joystreet in Nagpur to feel like a bustling city street, not an enclosed mall. This interior render shows the layered public zones, open corridors, and fluid pedestrian pathways that encourage exploration and social connection.
This drone photograph shows a cluster of five sister homes we designed to balance privacy with a connection to nature. Each Vastu-compliant home opens into its own green landscape with pools and rooftop gardens, creating a private oasis within a cohesive micro-community.
This image encapsulates our guiding principle for participatory urban design. We believe that co-designing solutions with the communities who will inhabit them fosters a deep sense of ownership and results in more inclusive, successful, and sustainable cities.

My Story

We’re Team3, and yeah, the name fits. No solo stars here—our studio’s a mashup of all sorts, from tech geeks puzzling over FAR to folks who swear by a good napkin sketch. We argue, we laugh, we layer ideas till it feels right. Not just about buildings—we take breaks, hit Kasauli for some fresh air, hang out, swap stories. That’s how we stay close, and honestly, it shows in our work. For us, design’s all about people connecting—inside and out.

My Work

Multidisciplinary Design Services - We design homes, offices, schools, hotels, even whole townships. From interiors to big urban plans.

Contextual and Human-Centric Approach - We start every project thinking about who’ll use the space and what the place feels like.

Iterative Process, Old & New Tools - We sketch, simulate, argue, refine—mixing tech and pencil, till every detail lands right.

Sustainability at the Core - Passive design strategies, climate-responsive facades, rainwater plans—LEED Gold isn’t just a badge for us.

Spaces That Build Community - We design courtyards, green pockets, shared paths—places for daily life and real connection.
