We don’t just sketch and build. We listen first - to the people, the climate, the heritage. Our team dives deep, arguing over details like solar angles and which materials feel right. Sometimes we nail it on the first go, sometimes we scrap everything and start fresh. The goal is simple: intuitive, long-lasting spaces that fit the vibe of their surroundings.

Real Stories
At The Soaltee Hotel in Kathmandu, we used the Himalayas for inspiration. You’ll see sculptural forms and bold patterns, all nodding to Nepal’s heritage. For The Ritz Carlton, New Delhi, we brought in Mughal vibes - with jaalis and jharokhas (lattice screens and traditional balconies) that connect guests with local craftsmanship.

My Story
We’re Team3, and yeah, the name fits. No solo stars here—our studio’s a mashup of all sorts, from tech geeks puzzling over FAR to folks who swear by a good napkin sketch. We argue, we laugh, we layer ideas till it feels right. Not just about buildings—we take breaks, hit Kasauli for some fresh air, hang out, swap stories. That’s how we stay close, and honestly, it shows in our work. For us, design’s all about people connecting—inside and out.
