Urban Design & Master Planning
Available across Nepal
We design master plans by working with communities, keeping public spaces open, using climate-responsive layouts, and mixing homes, offices, and parks so neighborhoods are walkable and different from standard grid-based developments.

About
How We Think About Urban Design
We always start with people, environment, and design. It's not just talk for us - every master plan we work on tries to fit real lives, not just theory. I’m obsessed with making places that feel alive and personal, not generic.
Our Way of Master Planning
- Every site comes with its own story. We once kept a whole riverbank open for public use, even though private homes would have made more money. We look at topography, climate, and what’s already there before sketching anything.
- We believe in participatory urban planning. I like sitting with communities, hearing what they actually want, and co-designing places so folks feel like they belong.
- The future's got to be green - and smart. We always try to include climate-responsive master plans, from designing for the Indian monsoon to using permeable surfaces and green pockets to beat the heat.
Turning Ideas Into Real Spaces
- Rigid grids? Not our thing. I love breaking up layouts with staggered plots and flexible streets, so every neighbourhood feels different and easy to walk around.
- Mixed-use neighbourhood design is key. We plan homes, offices, and parks close together, so you can actually walk to what you need. Open spaces are a must - shared living rooms outdoors.
- Nature’s always in play: we’ve turned drainage lines into green corridors and dedicated huge parts of sites just for open space.
What Gets Us Going
We get a kick out of solving big, messy projects. I nerd out over solar studies and passive cooling. Our studio is full of debates and sketches flying around until something just clicks.
Our Projects in Action
- In Siliguri, we kept the riverfront public and planned everything around the water’s edge.
- In Amritsar, we ditched boring grids for unique streets and homes.
- In New Delhi, all cars go underground and the whole podium level is green and pedestrian-friendly.

My Story
My Work
Multidisciplinary Design Services - We design homes, offices, schools, hotels, even whole townships. From interiors to big urban plans.
Contextual and Human Centric Approach - We start every project thinking about who’ll use the space and what the place feels like.
Iterative Process, Old & New Tools - We sketch, simulate, argue, refine—mixing tech and pencil, till every detail lands right.
Sustainability at the Core - Passive design strategies, climate-responsive facades, rainwater plans—LEED Gold isn’t just a badge for us.
Spaces That Build Community - We design courtyards, green pockets, shared paths—places for daily life and real connection.
