This modern farmhouse, reflected in the tranquil water, represents our ideal of equilibrium. We design homes that balance clean, contemporary aesthetics with a deep connection to the natural landscape, creating a serene retreat from the city.

We see large-scale housing not as a grid of repeating units, but as a living community. This aerial view shows our approach to breaking monotony with staggered plots and varied housing types, creating a more human and navigable neighborhood.

A home should be filled with light and life. This double-height living space, opening directly onto a green lawn, illustrates how we choreograph spatial volumes to create bright, airy interiors that connect seamlessly with the outdoors.

We reinterpret traditional concepts like the courtyard for modern living. This central green space in our Kathmandu housing project acts as the community's heart, fostering interaction while providing natural light and ventilation to the surrounding homes.

Materials tell a story. This intricate brick screen, or 'jali', is crafted from locally sourced brick, showcasing our commitment to contextual design. It filters light beautifully and provides passive cooling, blending heritage with performance.

Every project begins as a conversation between pen and paper. This initial sketch allows us to explore spatial relationships and concepts in their purest form, laying the foundation for a design that is both thoughtful and intentional.

Our studio is a space for constant dialogue and iteration. This video offers a glimpse into our collaborative process, where we sketch, critique, and refine ideas together to arrive at solutions that truly respond to our clients' needs.

We believe vertical living can be personal and grounded. This high-rise in Ranchi reinterprets traditional Indian family structures for an urban context, featuring flexible units and sky gardens that serve as modern courtyards.

An aerial perspective of the Sona Vistaas residential cluster in Bengaluru, where buildings are organized around a central, verdant courtyard. This layout is a core principle of my township planning, designed to enhance microclimates and create a shared sense of place.
I design homes where the boundary between inside and outside is fluid and inviting. This living space at the Lake Forest Hill development uses large windows to fill the interior with natural light and connect residents to the surrounding landscape.

This view from the Debris Block House in Bangalore captures our approach to seamless indoor-outdoor living. The ground floor opens completely to the landscape, while skylights and a multi-level staircase draw natural light deep into the home.8
We call these the glowing portals of the Lakehouse in Hyderabad. As dusk settles, the wood-clad volumes frame the landscape, creating a dramatic and serene connection between the home and the distant city lights over the water.
This is a vision for a mid-rise coastal residence in Mumbai. The design is a carved volume with integrated planters and framed openings, creating a dialogue with the sea while modulating privacy, light, and ventilation for urban living.

This vernacular homestay in rural Madhya Pradesh is the result of a deep collaboration with the local community. The space is built with earth, shaped by local hands, and decorated with murals that tell the stories of the families who live here, offering a truly authentic and sustainable travel experience.8
At the Atelier School in Bangalore, learning happens everywhere. This collage shows how we designed spaces that are as much a part of the education as the curriculum, using playful elements like a water channel and partitions made from reusable paper tubes, all inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy.
The ASA Office in Bhopal stands as a testament to ecological design on an institutional scale. This building, raised on stilts to create a natural wetland below, is powered by solar energy and built with locally made composite blocks, showcasing how modern workspaces can be both functional and deeply connected to nature.
The heart of our process is in the hands of the community. Here, a woman from a village in Madhya Pradesh makes adobe bricks from the local soil. This image captures the essence of participatory design, where local skills and materials are not just used, but celebrated.

We designed this community space as part of a hospitality project on a coffee estate, creating a natural amphitheater for gatherings. The structure is nestled within the landscape, fostering a deep connection with nature and offering a place for quiet reflection and shared experiences.6
This collection of images speaks to the heart of our work. It features an aerial view of the BIEC's sustainable green roof, a prayer wheel in Nepal scaled for a child's touch, and the organic, termite-mound-inspired form of the Bio Diversity Centre at the Agastya Foundation.
The Earth Alive project is our experiment in playfulness and repurposed architecture. Here, we transformed shipping containers into a multi-level structure with a watchtower, creating a space for learning and exploration that rises from the rewilded landscape.

This is the Museum of Art & Photography (MAP) in Bangalore, a project that embodies our approach to creating public landmarks. The building's stainless steel-clad structure, inspired by post-industrial water tanks, engages with the city's history while creating a modern, accessible space for art and community.10
