A collection of our work where design meets context. From institutional campuses to private interiors, we focus on spaces that serve people, climate, and community.

We believe institutional buildings should inspire and engage. At the SMR Jaipuria School, we collaborated with artists to turn the building's facade into a vibrant canvas, creating a landmark that reflects the creativity and spirit of the student community within.

We transform overlooked "in-between" spaces into lively hubs for student interaction. This vibrant orange staircase and multi-level courtyard at SMR Jaipuria School is more than just a way to get from one floor to another; it's a place to pause, connect, and build community.

This 12,000 sq ft tensile canopy at SMR Jaipuria School provides an all-weather, climate-responsive solution for outdoor activities. The structure's elegant arches and integrated lighting create a functional and visually striking assembly area, usable day and night, rain or shine.

Natural daylight is fundamental to creating effective learning environments. Our design for Aspire School in Gurugram uses intermittent courtyards and strategic building orientation to ensure that classrooms are filled with natural light, enhancing student well-being and focus.

In healthcare architecture, design must promote healing and comfort. The main lobby of Rukmani Birla Hospital in Jaipur uses high ceilings, natural materials, and abundant light to create a calming, spacious environment that reduces stress for patients and staff alike.

We believe in the honesty and beauty of materials. The facade of the JIM Boys Hostel in Noida features an intricate pattern of exposed brickwork, creating a visually dynamic surface that responds to light and shadow while connecting the new building to the existing campus aesthetic.

Every project begins with a conversation between pen and paper. We find that hand-sketching is an irreplaceable tool for exploring initial concepts, working through complex details, and embedding human intent into the very first lines of a design.

Our design process is a collaborative dialogue. This video offers a glimpse into our studio, where ideas are shared, challenged, and refined through constant interaction, ensuring every project benefits from the collective expertise of our team.

We were honored to design this office within the Supreme Court for the Chief Justice of India. The space balances authority with elegance, featuring rich veneer paneling, bespoke bookshelves, and classic furniture to create an environment of distinguished purpose.

This view of our Serein project showcases how we design modern, high-density housing that feels both grand and livable. The architectural form is articulated with clean lines and strategic color accents, creating a dynamic facade against the clear sky.7
Our master plan for the Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose University of Excellence in Sikkim demonstrates our expertise in designing for challenging terrains. This aerial render shows how buildings are integrated into the natural contours of the land, preserving the landscape while creating a cohesive campus.
This conceptual render for Inorbit Vizag illustrates our approach to creating pedestrian-centric public spaces. The design features flowing walkways, organic-shaped structures, and extensive green cover, weaving nature and movement into a vibrant commercial hub.
At the Serein residential complex, we designed extensive ground-level amenities, including a swimming pool and landscaped lawns. This creates a vehicle-free podium level that serves as a social heart for the community, promoting interaction and an active lifestyle.

An aerial perspective of the Sona Vistaas residential cluster in Bengaluru, where buildings are organized around a central, verdant courtyard. This layout is a core principle of my township planning, designed to enhance microclimates and create a shared sense of place.
I design homes where the boundary between inside and outside is fluid and inviting. This living space at the Lake Forest Hill development uses large windows to fill the interior with natural light and connect residents to the surrounding landscape.
In the Sona Vistaas Clubhouse, this sculptural staircase in terracotta red is not just for circulation. It is a central design element that introduces movement and visual drama, turning a functional component into a piece of art.

This is what we mean by making spaces that feel good. Here at the St. Martha Bethany Vidyalaya school in Punjab, we created a sheltered courtyard that becomes a safe and joyful place for kids to play and learn, protected from the harsh climate.7
For a digital agency, we had some fun with the idea of 'pixels'. This storage unit isn't just for storing things; it's a playful, three-dimensional feature that brings the company's 8-bit theme to life, wrapping around the building's columns.
Who says a dental clinic has to be intimidating? We used lots of natural light and a clean, minimal design to create a calming atmosphere for patients and a pleasant, efficient workspace for the dental team.
The architecture here is doing a job. These large, fortress-like walls at the SMBV school are shaped to manage Punjab's strong winds and intense sun, while the red bridge creates a pop of color and connection.

A view from the Karunashraya Institute for Palliative Care Education and Research (KIPCER) in Bengaluru. This floating glass box, a discussion room, overlooks the central courtyard, demonstrating our approach of creating interconnected spaces that encourage both quiet contemplation and community interaction.10
The entrance to the new hostel at IIM Bangalore, completed in 2022. We designed this entrance to be porous and inviting, using a blend of the campus's signature stone with modern exposed concrete to create a structure that respects its legacy while asserting its own identity.
The School of Architecture at Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT). The building's dynamic facade and staggered massing are a direct expression of our goal to design spaces that inspire creativity and reflect the energy of a design school.

The facade of the School of Arts and Sciences at Ahmedabad University demonstrates our approach to climate-responsive design. The integration of terracotta louvers, extensive glazing, and verdant rooftop gardens creates a building that breathes, connecting the interior learning environments with the natural landscape.7
We design libraries as sanctuaries for knowledge and quiet contemplation. At the Lilavati Lalbhai Library at CEPT University, floor-to-ceiling wooden bookshelves create a warm, immersive environment, with carefully planned sightlines that draw the eye through the multi-level, subterranean space.
Our designs foster moments of spontaneous interaction and repose. Here, the sunken courtyard of the Kasturbhai Lalbhai Museum in Ahmedabad becomes an informal amphitheater, where the interplay of light, shadow, and landscape creates a dynamic social space.
The experience of art is shaped by its environment. In the Vismaya private museum, we manipulated form and light to create dramatic, atmospheric galleries, using focused illumination and dark, monolithic partitions to highlight individual artifacts and guide the visitor's journey.
