At the Serein residential complex, we designed extensive ground-level amenities, including a swimming pool and landscaped lawns. This creates a vehicle-free podium level that serves as a social heart for the community, promoting interaction and an active lifestyle.
The design for the SoUL Campus embodies our core principle: architecture must reduce, generate, and regenerate. This aerial view highlights the integration of a green roof and biophilic forms, representing our commitment to creating net-zero, resilient buildings.
The shaded walkway at Atal Akshaya Urja Bhawan is an example of our passive design strategies. This project earned a LEED Platinum certification, a testament to our ability to deliver buildings that meet the highest global standards for sustainability and energy efficiency.
