We believe architecture thrives on open dialogue. Beyond the studio walls, our team actively engages with academic institutions and industry forums to challenge existing benchmarks and shape the future of India's built environment.

Our partner, Vijay Dahiya, participating as a panellist at the Smart Office Summit 2025. He discussed the importance of reinterpreting global workplace standards to reflect India's unique cultural and contextual realities.

Our partner, Sanjay Bhardwaj, speaking at a panel discussion at the Indian Institute of Art & Design (IIAD). The topic, "Is reductive design the future?", explored how simplicity and restraint are shaping contemporary design.

Meet our architect, Sajal Jain. In this video, he shares his passion for working on large-scale commercial projects with high Floor Area Ratios (FAR), which provide a canvas for bold design ideas and innovation.

Our architect, Thota Sameeksha, busts a common myth about the profession. She pulls back the curtain on the immense dedication and hard work required to deliver the "cool" products that define architecture.

The panellists, including our partner Vijay Dahiya, gathered on stage at the Smart Office Summit. These industry events are vital for sharing knowledge and challenging uniform global benchmarks in design.

The entrance to the Indian Institute of Art & Design (IIAD), host of a recent panel discussion on reductive design. We actively engage with academic institutions to foster dialogue about the future of architecture.

A clip from the panel discussion at IIAD, where our partner Sanjay Bhardwaj discusses the inertia in building techniques and the need for new analysis in our design approaches.

A poster for the "Unfold" Grad Show at IIAD, where our partner participated in a panel discussion. We believe in supporting and engaging with the next generation of architects and designers.

A wider view of the engaged audience at the IIAD panel discussion. These conversations are crucial for exploring important topics like sustainable design and the role of restraint in an age of excess.

A detail shot of a staircase, reflecting our focus on craftsmanship and context-driven solutions. Our philosophy is to create spaces that positively impact communities by reflecting local cultures and fostering connections.

About Our Team & Thought Leadership

At our studio, there are no solo stars. We are a collective where tech geeks, climate strategists, and designers debate every decision until the concept feels right. Whether we are presenting at national summits or sketching on napkins in Lado Sarai, our work is the result of constant, rigorous collaboration.

Architecture is rarely a singular act of genius. It is a process of relentless questioning. In our studio, we spend as much time arguing over site orientation and floor area ratios (FAR) as we do debating the social implications of a new building. This culture of inquiry extends far beyond our office in Lado Sarai.

We prioritize engagement with the architectural community to keep our ideas sharp. You will often find our partners on stage at forums like the Smart Office Summit or hosting workshops at institutes like the Indian Institute of Art & Design (IIAD). These interactions are not just networking events; they are essential testing grounds where we verify our design theories against real-world shifts in building techniques and societal needs.

Our philosophy rests on a few core tenets:

  • Human-Centricity: Every design, whether it is a small office interior or a large-scale master plan, must prioritize the human experience. We analyze flow, light, and interaction to ensure the space serves the people within it.
  • Contextual Responsibility: We design for the specific site, not for a global template. We look at the climate, the existing culture, and the neighborhood to determine the right architectural response.
  • Technical Rigor: From LEED documentation to detailed façade engineering, we value the hard science of building. We believe that a powerful idea needs precise execution to be sustainable and functional.

By staying active in the discourse, we ensure our team remains at the forefront of sustainable architectural design and modern planning. We are always learning, always refining our process, and always ready to apply these insights to your project.
