This is my incredible team at MQA. From the first sketch to the final skyline, our journey is one of passion, creativity, and collaboration. Together, we do more than build structures; we build stories.

This video celebrates one of our firm's veterans, John Thomas, who has been with me for 30 years. His journey from manual drafting to AutoCAD mirrors our firm's own evolution, and his dedication is a testament to the family spirit we have cultivated from a team of 10 to over 100 today.

I am proud to have Adhir Mahajan as a senior associate on my team. With two decades of experience, he has guided iconic projects from concept to execution, with a special focus on cluster redevelopments, hospitality, and healthcare.
