A glimpse into our happy place in Andheri East, where we trade the Bombay rush for breath, movement, and a bit of fun.

Welcome to our happy place. Here, we use silk hammocks to help you fly, stretch, and build strength in ways you never thought possible. This video shows a glimpse into our regular aerial yoga sessions, where students explore inversions and graceful poses that improve flexibility and core power.

It’s a practice for everyone, designed to create smiles and strengthen bonds.

We believe in the power of classic yoga to heal and restore. This sequence demonstrates a flow for spinal therapy, moving through Sarvangasana (Shoulderstand) for mental clarity, One-Leg Halasana for controlled stretching, and finally the full Halasana (Plow Pose) to reset the nervous system.

In our small batch classes, you get the guidance you deserve. Here, you can see one of our instructors providing personal alignment correction for Trikonasana (Triangle Pose) during a holistic yoga session. We keep our classes intimate so we can focus on your form and progress.

About Featured

We keep our batches intentionally small, usually capped at 8 to 12 students, because we believe yoga is about personal alignment rather than performing for a crowded room. Whether you are finding your footing in a Hatha flow or testing your balance in a hammock, you get real guidance from our trainers instead of just following along from the back.
