I believe in the power of community. Here I am guiding a group session for International Day of Yoga in Electronic City, Bengaluru, where we move and breathe together.

This is what "Yoga for All" means to me. It was a moment of pure joy to see three generations of a family practicing together, proving that yoga truly has no age limit.

Ahista, Ahista. Moving slowly and mindfully into Ushtrasana (Camel Pose). This practice is a reminder to be patient and kind to our bodies as we open our hearts.

This is a look at the Virabhadrasana (Warrior) sequence. We flow through these foundational poses to build strength, stability, and focus, grounding ourselves in the present moment.

Bringing the calm of yoga to the corporate world. It was an honor to lead this session for the team at C-DOT, Bengaluru, for International Day of Yoga.

The practice isn't just about the asanas. Taking a moment to slow down and connect with the breath through pranayama is where we find true sukoon and inner peace.

My practice is woven into my life. Here I am in Chakrasana (Wheel Pose) while my little one finds her own moment of meditation. This is my daily sadhana.

Building strength and focus with Kakasana (Crow Pose). Arm balances are a journey of trusting yourself, celebrating the small wins and progress along the way.

About Featured

I teach with a focus on 'Ahista, Ahista'—the principle of moving slow and steady. In my classes, we do not chase advanced poses or push past pain thresholds. Instead, I emphasize safe alignment and breath awareness, which allows you to build genuine strength and stability while minimizing the risk of injury.

My approach to Hatha Yoga is rooted in the traditional texts, including Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras and the Hatha Yoga Pradipika. This is not a fast-paced workout session. It is a daily sadhana designed to bring sukoon (peace) to your mind and gratitude (shukrana) to your life.

How We Practice

We start with centering and pranayama to quiet the mind before moving into foundational asanas. Whether we are practicing Warrior sequences for stability or hip openers for flexibility, the breath guides the movement. For those in Electronic City, I offer in-person group sessions where I can provide hands-on adjustments to correct your posture. For online students, I use two-way video to ensure your form is safe and effective.

Who This Is For

This practice is for anyone willing to show up consistently. I work with complete beginners who have never stepped on a mat, as well as those looking to deepen their practice. My sessions also extend to corporate teams, like my work with C-DOT, where we focus on reducing stress and improving posture for the modern workplace.

If you are looking for a quick fix or a fitness fad, this is not it. However, if you are looking to build a sustainable daily routine that helps you move better and think clearer, I invite you to join us. We celebrate the small wins, like finally holding a pose with steady breath or feeling a little more flexible than the day before.
