About More Than Kicks and Punches

If you think this is just about gym-style fitness, you are looking at it the wrong way. My sessions in Andheri and Goregaon focus on building functional strength and mental toughness through repetitive drilling, which is why I specifically mix Taekwondo stances with Judo-style safe falling techniques. It is not just for competition; it is about learning to fall safely and get back up, a skill that applies just as much in the real world as it does in the dojang.
