About Women's Self-Defense & Training
We strip away the complicated theory and focus on what actually works when you are caught off guard. You will learn to handle common grabs and holds instantly, using leverage and reflexes rather than brute strength. It is about getting home safe, not winning a trophy.
At Sanshinkan MMA FitZone, self-defense is not a side project. It is a core pillar of how we train. Whether you are in Vikaspuri or Rohini, our workshops are designed to turn reaction into instinct. We focus on situational awareness, quick escapes, and striking techniques that allow you to neutralize a threat and get to safety.
We do not teach choreography. You will practice drills under the guidance of experienced fighters like Coach Shikha Chauhan, learning how to manage your adrenaline and execute moves even when the pressure is on.
Our classes are open to women of all fitness levels. You do not need to be an athlete to start. We create a safe space where you can ask questions, make mistakes, and build the confidence to handle real-world scenarios.
