Women's Self-Defense Workshops in Gurugram
Practical, real-world personal safety training for women. I focus on building confidence through effective Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai techniques that help you handle actual threats.
During a self-defense seminar with Canwinn Foundation, I'm demonstrating a simple wrist lock and control technique. This move uses the attacker's own body mechanics against them, showing how a smaller person can effectively neutralize a threat without needing to be stronger.

About Women's Self-Defense Workshops
I do not teach fancy moves that only work in movies. In my workshops, we practice scenario-based drills, like how to get back up if you are pushed down or how to break free from a grab, using simple mechanics that hold up under pressure. You do not need to be an athlete to start, you just need to be ready to learn what actually keeps you safe.
Too many people rely on pepper spray or hope for the best. My goal is to change that by giving you physical tools you can trust. Whether you are coming from Sector 46 or traveling from South Delhi, the training remains consistent. I teach how to use your body effectively, focusing on ground survival and wrist releases. We do not do complex 'kata' or performance art. Instead, we use principles from Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai to help you defend yourself against someone larger or stronger. My workshops are not just about learning to punch; they are about overcoming the freeze response that happens in a panic. We limit batches to 6–10 people so I can personally ensure your technique is correct. It is a mix of theory and active drills, because hearing about defense is useless if you have not felt the pressure in a safe environment. If you are looking for a quick fix or a 'get fit fast' scheme, this is not it. This is about real impact, building your confidence, and making sure you know how to handle your own safety.
