Practical Self-Defense for Women and Girls
I don't just teach kicks; I build the mental strength you need to feel safe anywhere. Whether it's a private crash course at my Saket academy or a group workshop at your office or society, we focus on real-world survival skills that actually work when things get tough.
This is a core technique I teach for women's safety. Here, a student learns how to use leverage and momentum to escape from being pinned on the ground by an attacker.
In this one-on-one session, we are working on boxing drills. This training builds punching power, speed, and the confidence to strike effectively when needed.
This poster for our free Women's Day camp, supported by Delhi Police, shows my commitment to making self-defense accessible to all women.
This little girl's message is simple but powerful: everyone should learn to protect themselves. Her confidence is what I strive to build in every student, regardless of age.
Listen to my student Lavanya explain why self-defense is important. She says it is better to invest in your strength now than to pay a doctor later.
During a session with the Inner Wheel Club, the members and my students discuss the importance of self-belief. Even if the world is against you, you must be strong enough to fight for yourself.

About this collection
Forget complicated moves you will forget in seconds. My 1-on-1 personal crash courses are built around your daily commute and specific concerns, not generic theory. We train for real-world scenarios—elevator safety, public transit, and handling unexpected threats—so you walk out with the confidence to stay in control, not just the technique to strike back.
Why Most Self-Defense Doesn't Stick
Too many classes sell you a fantasy. They focus on complex, acrobatic movements that look great in a movie but fail the moment adrenaline kicks in. My philosophy is different: simple, repetitive, and effective.
My Approach to Personal Safety
When we train for personal safety, I use the same intensity I bring to my Mission Olympic Taekwondo coaching. We cover:
- Threat Identification: Recognizing a danger before it becomes a physical confrontation. Situational awareness is your first line of defense.
- Improvised Weaponry: Your environment is your kit. We teach how to use everyday items—keys, pens, mobile phones—to create space and escape.
- Ground & Grab Defense: Techniques to survive if you are dragged down or pinned, specifically designed to help you regain your footing.
Flexible Training for Your Reality
I know you are busy. That is why I offer multiple ways to learn:
- Personal Crash Courses (Saket): A deep-dive, 3-session module focusing on your specific physique and daily route.
- Corporate & Group Workshops: Perfect for office teams or society clubhouses. We bring the training to you, anywhere in Delhi NCR.
- Institutional Camps: For schools and colleges, focusing on alert-attack-run methodology.
The Mental Game
The fight usually starts in your head. That is why we address the 'adrenaline dump'—that moment of panic—and replace it with muscle memory. You don't need to be an athlete to be safe. You just need to be prepared.
