I don't just teach kicks; I build the mental strength you need to feel safe anywhere. Whether it's a private crash course at my Saket academy or a group workshop at your office or society, we focus on real-world survival skills that actually work when things get tough.

This is a core technique I teach for women's safety. Here, a student learns how to use leverage and momentum to escape from being pinned on the ground by an attacker.

In this one-on-one session, we are working on boxing drills. This training builds punching power, speed, and the confidence to strike effectively when needed.
