Pregnancy is a wild ride, yaar. I see it as a sacred reset button, not just a bunch of yoga poses. It's about slowing down, tuning in, and letting your body guide you instead of rushing through. I don’t believe in just “doing asanas” for the sake of it - I want you to feel that connection with your baby and your own breath.

What Happens in Class

  • Classes feel more like a safe space than a workout. You’ll find other expecting moms, so you don’t feel alone.
  • We work on mindful movement - safe yoga for pregnancy, opening up pelvic floor, using props like bolsters and pillows. No fancy stuff, just what actually helps.
  • Breathing is everything. I’ll teach you pranayama and breathwork for labor, so you’re calm even when things get tough.
  • The session ends with full relaxation and meditation. Sometimes people nap, sometimes they cry, and honestly, that’s part of the journey.

After Delivery

Even after your baby arrives, I’m here. My postnatal support is gentle postnatal recovery yoga, focused on healing and reconnecting with your changed body. You’ll get space to rebuild strength without any pressure.

Real Talk

Some days you’ll feel strong, some days not so much. Just show up - that’s all I ask. Your body’s doing something amazing. Thoda patience rakho (keep a little patience), and trust the process.

My Story

Been at this practice for 10+ years now, and honestly, it’s my anchor. Svādhyāya started because I wanted a shala that felt like a homecoming, not just another studio. We’re all about self-reflection here. It’s not only movement - it’s meeting yourself on the mat. There’s magic when people come together, like 108 Surya Namaskars in the rain, or a Yoga Party when someone leaves. I show up for those moments. Come join us, let’s practice and grow.

My Work

Classes & Workshops for Everyone - We offer Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Pre & Post Natal Yoga, Nada Yoga (sound healing with singing bowls), and inversion workshops.

Our Approach: More Than A Workout - Here, it’s about moving with breath, finding strength in stillness, and laughing through ‘screaming thighs’. We guide you, step by step.

Special Space for Mothers - Pre & postnatal yoga for mothers - we help you build strength for two, breathe deeper, and move for a happy mama, happy baby.

A Supportive Tribe - Our shala is a fun, warm space. We celebrate breakthroughs together, whether in a group Hatha yoga for beginners or a Women's Day yoga celebration.

Healing Through Sound - We host Nada Yoga workshops - just immerse, let the singing bowls guide you to stillness and awareness.
