Mindfulness, Breath & Final Relaxation
Yoga at Svādhyāya is more than just poses; it's a moving meditation. I weave pranayama (breathwork) and mindfulness into every class, always ending with a deep Savasana and sound healing to reset your body and calm your mind.
Playful Poses for Little Yogis
I believe yoga is for every age. My kids' yoga classes are filled with giggles, stretches, and playful poses, helping children discover the joy of movement, mindfulness, and connecting with their bodies in a fun and supportive space.
