Restorative Prenatal Yoga and Relaxation in Powai

Pregnancy is a journey, not a race. Join our sessions to find stillness, build gentle strength, and nurture your body through mindful breathwork and deep relaxation.

The class rests in Savasana as we close our practice with a universal prayer for peace and well-being. This final relaxation is a sacred time to absorb the benefits of your practice and connect with a sense of profound calm.

The entire class finds release in Viparita Karani, or Legs-Up-the-Wall Pose. This simple inversion is incredibly effective at reducing swelling in the legs and feet and calming the entire nervous system.

A line of mothers-to-be resting in Savasana, the final and most important pose. This is where the body heals, the mind quiets, and you connect with your baby in perfect stillness.

A wide view of the studio during final relaxation. Each woman is in her own space, yet there is a shared energy of peace and surrender that fills the room.

About this collection

We don't believe in just stretching. Here, you will learn to use bolsters, yoga wheels, and wall-assisted poses to safely support your changing body, while our guided Savasana sessions use pranayama to help you manage labor anxiety long before you reach the delivery room.

In our studio at Hiranandani Gardens, we treat pregnancy as a sacred reset rather than just a phase to get through. This cluster focuses on the 'Rest and Relax' aspect of our practice, which is often the most important part of your prenatal journey. When your body is carrying new life, your center of gravity shifts, and your nervous system is often on high alert.

We focus on restorative yoga that prioritizes safety and nervous system regulation. You will practice poses like Viparita Karani (Legs-Up-the-Wall), which is incredibly effective at reducing swelling in the legs and feet, and gentle hip-opening asanas that create space in the pelvic area without putting unnecessary strain on your ligaments.

Our sessions are held in an air-conditioned studio with wooden flooring, providing a calm, clean, and dedicated space for you to disconnect from the city rush. Beyond the physical, we use this time for 'Svadhyaya' or self-study—connecting with your baby through specific breathing techniques that you can actually use during labor to stay calm and focused.

Whether you are dealing with early-trimester fatigue or late-stage pelvic girdle pain, we modify everything. We provide full access to blocks, straps, and pillows so you can find comfort in every posture. This isn't just about a workout; it's about building a toolkit for your birth and creating a quiet community where you don't feel like you have to perform.
