In ancient India, great care was taken during pregnancy, from what the mother ate to the sounds she heard. This was to ensure the best possible start for the new life. My program brings some of this ancient wisdom to the modern mother.
Today's world is full of harsh sounds and stressful environments, which can impact an unborn child. We are not always taking care of the business of manufacturing the next generation with the attention it deserves.
Sadhguru suggests that a consecrated space or object can help neutralize negative external influences for an expecting mother. My prenatal yoga classes are held in such a space to provide a supportive and pure atmosphere.
About Yoga for Expecting Mothers
This is not a generic fitness class. We focus on creating a consecrated inner and outer atmosphere, using specific pranayama and posture modifications to alleviate physical stiffness during your second and third trimesters. You will learn to perform these practices independently at home, ensuring you can maintain a stable, meditative state throughout your pregnancy.

Our 3-day prenatal workshop, held at our Suncity, Gurgaon studio, is tailored to your physical reality. We avoid the distractions of music or commercial props. Instead, we use specialized bolsters and cushions in a consecrated space to support your body safely while you learn techniques for lumbar pain relief and pelvic opening.
The curriculum integrates breathwork and chanting designed to manage anxiety and deepen your bond with the child. After the module, you take home a complete sequence map to practice daily, independent of the studio. We also include a dedicated session on yogic diet principles (satvic foods) to support fetal development. This program is about empowering you with the tools to handle the physiological changes of pregnancy with grace, ensuring that your state of mind remains balanced and receptive for the life blossoming within.
