Pregnancy is a time to slow down, not rush. Join us in this sacred space to breathe, build strength for two, and connect with your baby through mindful movement.

This is the journey I honor: moving with your breath, not with fear, and opening your body like petals to the sun. I see the practice as a dance with life, preparing you to meet your baby with grace. This is a celebration of the incredible strength you hold within.

In a quiet moment, we pause. This is more than a pose; it's a conversation with the new life you are nurturing. I encourage you to connect with your body and your baby, feeling the profound changes happening within.

Your breath is the bridge that connects you to your baby. In my classes, I teach you pranayama techniques not just for relaxation, but as a powerful tool to prepare for labor, manage contractions, and enhance the flow of oxygen to you and your little one.

Comfort is key to a nourishing practice. Here, a mother-to-be finds deep rest supported by bolsters and an eye pillow. I believe in using props to help you release tension, find proper alignment, and surrender completely.

I will guide you through Baddha Konasana, or Cobbler's Pose, explaining how this simple asana is a powerful tool for your pregnancy. It helps to open the pelvic floor and increase flexibility in the pelvis, preparing your body for a smoother labor and delivery.

Here you can see my prenatal yoga family moving together in a gentle low lunge. My classes are a space where you can stretch, breathe, and glow, all while being supported by a community of women on the same path.

In a world that rushes, I offer you a place where time slows. This is Viparita Karani, the legs-up-the-wall pose. It is a pose of surrender that soothes tired legs, eases a weary spine, and whispers calm into your nervous system.

Our connection extends beyond the mat. This is our tribe celebrating together, sharing stories, and supporting one another through motherhood. When you join my classes, you join a community for life.

About Featured

In our sessions, we don't just focus on the poses; we work with what your body needs that day. Whether it is using bolsters to reduce swelling, practicing Baddha Konasana to gently open the pelvic floor, or using specific pranayama to manage labor, the goal is simple: comfort, preparation, and connection.
