About Our Svadhyaya Tribe
Here, the practice doesn't end when the class finishes. Whether it’s sharing a laugh during a challenging pose or finding stillness together after a session, this is a space where you come exactly as you are. We don't just count breaths or perfect asanas—we support each other through the shaky legs and the hard days, finding that the journey is always easier when we’re in it together.
Our shala in Hiranandani Gardens is designed to feel less like a clinical studio and more like a sanctuary. When you step onto the mat here, you leave the rush of Mumbai outside. We believe that yoga is not a solo performance. It is a shared rhythm.
Our community is built on 'Svadhyāya'—the study of oneself—but done in the presence of others who are also learning to listen to their bodies. You will see this in the way we handle the practice. If your elbows spread or your balance wavers, we don't rush to 'fix' it. We hold space for that resistance, knowing it is part of your growth.
From our 108 Surya Namaskar gatherings in the rain to our quiet, meditative postnatal circles, every event is an invitation to pause. You aren't just joining a class schedule; you are stepping into a group that celebrates the small breakthroughs—the first time you find stillness in Malasana or the moment you finally stop holding your breath during a tough pose.
