These sessions focus on techniques to prepare your body and mind for labor. I emphasize pelvic floor awareness, hip-opening postures, and breathwork that you can use to stay calm and centered during childbirth.
Tools for Comfort & Support
I believe in using props to make yoga more accessible and beneficial during pregnancy. We use bolsters, pillows, and yoga wheels to support your changing body, ensure proper alignment, and help you find ease in every posture.
Rest, Relax & Reconnect
Every class ends with dedicated time for deep relaxation and meditation, allowing your body to integrate the practice and your mind to find stillness. This is your time to connect deeply with your baby, release tension, and simply be.
