Why I Coach
Seventeen years in the gym, countless hours under the bar, and I still get fired up every time I see someone hit a new personal best. I've competed as a national-level weightlifter, and now I bring that same intensity to personal fitness coaching. For me, it's not about shortcuts - it's about real change you can feel.
How We Train
Discipline is my deal. No magic pills, no fake promises. Here, pain turns into power. I push you, but I also teach you. Every squat, every deadlift, every push-up has a purpose. You won’t just sweat; you’ll learn the why behind every move so you can build your body with intention.
- We start with the basics: squats, deadlifts, presses - the backbone of any good strength and conditioning program.
- Functional fitness routines are big here. Expect battle ropes, sled pushes, pull-ups, agility drills. You’ll move better, not just look better.
- And yes, we tackle body transformation goals - whether you want to lose fat or pack on muscle, I’ll make a custom workout plan for you.
- Mobility? Super important. We work on keeping you injury-free and moving well, so you stay fit for life.

I call my gym my karmabhoomi - the place where hard work happens. Whether you’re a total beginner or prepping for a comp, you’re welcome. I coach men, women, kids - anyone ready to work.

My strength? ‘Aastha’ (faith) and those quiet moments at Salasar Balaji temple—money can’t buy the peace there, only a true calling. I want my boy to grow up seeing the world, my hand always in his.
