About Additional Training Footage

You won't find flashy amenities here. My warehouse facility in Sector 99, Noida, is designed for one thing: performance. We train on wooden platforms with competition-grade Bullrock equipment, focusing on the mechanics of the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Every session you see here is about me watching your bar path, correcting your form in real-time, and ensuring your lifts are technically sound before we add more weight.

My training approach is about discipline. Whether you are prepping for a competition or training for general strength, the methodology remains the same: I break down complex movements until they become muscle memory.

The Training Grind

  • Technical Precision: We don't just lift; we analyze. I use frame-by-frame video reviews to fix micro-errors in your bar path. You'll see this discipline in every clip.
  • Strength Base: You cannot master Olympic lifts without a foundation. My programs are heavy on squats, deadlifts, and presses, designed to build the raw pulling and pushing power you need.
  • Conditioning: For those chasing race-ready fitness, I integrate Hyrox-style training. Expect sled pushes, jumping, and functional movements that build mental toughness alongside physical capacity.

What to Expect at the Gym

This is not a commercial gym. It is a community of athletes who sweat together and push each other. We use shared consumables like gym chalk, and our batches are kept small (4-6 people) so I can provide rotational 'fly-by' coaching.
