We believe a home should act as a lens for its surroundings. By utilizing borrowed landscapes and responsive facades, we turn the city's green spaces into a permanent feature of your living area.

We believe in using the environment as an extension of the home. This reading nook in 'Houses by a Park' uses the adjoining green space as a "borrowed landscape," with a carpet of grass on the balcony visually pulling the park right into the room.

Our facades are designed to be responsive. These operable, slated wooden screens for the 'Houses by a Park' project allow residents to control sunlight, airflow, and privacy. They are a functional element that also creates a dynamic, ever-changing building exterior.

About Houses by a Park: Architecture as a Frame for Nature

The slated wooden screens you see in this project are functional, operable components, not just visual features. They allow you to manually adjust the level of sunlight and privacy throughout the day, filtering harsh afternoon heat into soft, dappled light while keeping the interior cool.

This two-tiered bedroom is a self-contained retreat designed to connect with the surrounding farmland. A large window frames the view of palm trees, while a cozy bay window seat offers a place for quiet reflection. The material palette of wood-shuttered concrete and timber adds warmth and texture.
Our Jack Tree House project, featured in Architecture+Design, was designed as a tranquil sanctuary built around a central jackfruit tree. Large windows create the illusion of sitting in a garden while indoors, constantly connecting the inhabitants with nature.
This home in Jayanagar, which we completed in 2018, showcases a living facade that has grown and matured over four years. The cascading plants have blended the building with the landscape, demonstrating our belief that a home should evolve and grow with time.

The Siri residence was designed as a seamless extension of its natural landscape. The structure respects and celebrates the existing trees, with the garden and home flowing into one another.38
We designed the deck around this beautiful existing mango tree, creating a natural 'katte' or seating area by the pool. It’s a perfect example of building with nature, not against it.
This sun-soaked island deck by the pool is the perfect spot for a cup of coffee. The design uses a simple pergola to define the space without closing it off from the beautiful garden views.

This design, named "Synthesis," perfectly illustrates our philosophy of blurring boundaries. The living room's floor-to-ceiling glass walls slide open to connect directly with the lawn and an outdoor water feature.11
A double-height glass wall in this living room frames the garden like a living painting. This not only floods the space with light but also makes the lush greenery an integral part of the interior decor.
This expansive rooftop terrace is designed for entertaining. It features a built-in bar with ambient lighting, extensive lounge seating, and open views, creating the ultimate outdoor social space.
The dining and kitchen area in our Hollywood Town project opens directly onto the garden. The open-plan layout and large windows ensure that daily activities are always connected to the natural surroundings.

In the Sandeep & Neelam residence, the dining area is designed alongside a sunlit indoor courtyard with synthetic grass. A floating marble pooja room appears to hover over this green space, creating a tranquil spiritual corner.
The indoor swimming pool at the Neeti Residence serves as a tranquil focal point for the guest level. The space is designed with clean lines, a textured stone feature wall, and direct access from the living area.
