architecture is not about adding walls, but about removing boundaries. this collection explores homes designed as ecosystems, where the light, the landscape, and the living space exist as one continuous experience.

The Neethi Residence exterior is a play of solid and void, with stacked geometric forms creating a visually dynamic facade. The integration of glass and indoor greenery hints at the fluid connection between the interior and exterior spaces.

In the Sandeep & Neelam residence, the dining area is designed alongside a sunlit indoor courtyard with synthetic grass. A floating marble pooja room appears to hover over this green space, creating a tranquil spiritual corner.

The indoor swimming pool at the Neeti Residence serves as a tranquil focal point for the guest level. The space is designed with clean lines, a textured stone feature wall, and direct access from the living area.

The family room in the Sandeep & Neelam Agarwal residence is wrapped in floor-to-ceiling glass, erasing the boundary with the lush garden outside. An indoor swing adds a playful element to this light-filled, open-concept living space.

Another view of the family space, highlighting the wooden ceiling that extends towards the garden, visually connecting the indoor and outdoor areas. The layout ensures that the landscape is a constant backdrop to family life.

A video tour of the Ramprasad residence, showcasing its clean lines, open-plan interiors, and large balconies. The design emphasizes a connection to the outdoors with extensive use of glass and terraced levels.

Revisiting the award-winning pool design at the Tyagi residence, completed in 2006. The interplay of light and shadow from the semi-covered roof creates a dynamic atmosphere in this indoor pool area.

About this collection

the defining element in these residences is the precise management of light and volume. by utilizing skylights and internal courtyards rather than standard windows, we draw the natural landscape into the core of the house, ensuring that the boundary between the living room and the garden remains fluid.

a home should not be a static box. our approach to residential design involves a study of how a building can terrace and peel. this allows us to embed greenery into multiple levels of a structure, creating a private ecosystem that feels removed from the density of the city.

when we plan a layout, we focus on the section—the vertical connection between floors. an internal pool or a floating pooja room, for instance, acts as a visual anchor. these elements are not decorative; they are spatial strategies to provide cross-ventilation and diffused natural light throughout the day.

we rely on a palette of honest materials. travertine, flamed granite, and weather-treated wood are selected for their tactile quality and their ability to age gracefully in the climate. by reducing the visible superstructure, we allow the play of shadow and light to define the space. whether you are looking for a complete residential master plan or an intervention in an existing home, our goal is to create a structure that functions as a quiet sanctuary. this is architecture as a long-term dialogue between the built form and the natural environment.
