This is the first impression of our work. It’s a curated selection that captures our core philosophy: creating layered, tactile spaces that are deeply connected to nature and light. Each project here tells a story of material honesty, spatial fluidity, and thoughtful design that responds to its environment.
House of Canopies: Concrete Forms & Lush Gardens
This Bangalore residence is an exploration of exposed concrete and its relationship with nature. We used a series of cascading, cantilevered concrete canopies to create sheltered, open-air spaces like verandahs and balconies, while large glass walls and triple-height light wells ensure the interiors are always connected to the gardens and filled with natural light.
The Club of Courts: A Modern Interpretation of Tradition
For this community clubhouse, we reimagined the traditional 'jagali' or verandah as a series of interconnected courts and pavilions. The design uses familiar materials like Mangalore roof tiles alongside modern elements like glass walls and steel columns to create a social hub that feels both contemporary and rooted in place.
Artful Interiors: Materiality and Flexible Living
Our interior projects are designed as living canvases that adapt to your needs. We focus on a rich palette of honest materials like teak, terrazzo, and rattan, combined with custom-designed elements like sliding partitions and modular furniture to create spaces that are both beautiful and highly functional.
The Komorebi Pavilion: Living Within a Garden
'Komorebi' is the Japanese word for the dappled light that filters through trees. This pavilion is designed to capture that effect, with a transparent glass roof and walls that make you feel completely immersed in the lush tropical garden, experiencing the shifting patterns of light and shade throughout the day.
Houses by a Park: Architecture as a Frame for Nature
This project demonstrates our principle of "borrowed landscapes." The design uses large glazed openings, green balconies, and operable screens to visually and physically connect the home to an adjacent park, making the public green space feel like a private extension of the home.
Conceptual Work: Envisioning Future Spaces
Every project begins with an idea. This collection of sketches, architectural models, and digital renderings provides a look into our design process, showing how we explore form, material, and light to develop projects ranging from private homes to entire school campuses.
