A showcase of our recent work across diverse styles, from Spanish-inspired getaways near Nandi Hills to contemporary residences in urban Bengaluru.

This sprawling 1.25-acre Spanish-style villa near Nandi Hills is a perfect example of a dream getaway we brought to life. We designed this 18,000 sq. ft. farmhouse to capture breathtaking views while providing a serene, luxurious living experience.

For urban living, we design bold and functional homes like this contemporary G+3 residence on a 40x40 plot. The design uses a textured concrete finish and flowing curves to create a strong sculptural statement, proving that compact spaces can have a grand presence.

We believe a home's interior should be a sanctuary. This living room showcases our approach to interior design, using a calm color palette, luxurious textures, and a coffered ceiling to create a space that is both elegant and welcoming.

We have a deep respect for traditional Indian architecture. This Vastu-compliant farmhouse is our modern take on the timeless Kerala style, featuring a terracotta sloped roof, extended verandahs, and a design that feels connected to nature.

This project shows our expertise in creating fusion designs that serve unique needs. We designed this G+2 building in Jayanagar to house both a professional clinic and a luxurious family duplex, using brick textures and curves to create a harmonious look.

This tour of a completed 40x60 Neo-Classical home in Arekere shows how we balance grandeur with practicality. We designed this G+3 building to include a luxurious duplex for the family and separate rental units, ensuring both a dream home and a smart investment.

This is how I transform a compact 20x30 plot into a statement home. By using a zig-zag plan and materials like corten steel on the facade, I create a residence that feels spacious, modern, and anything but small.8
For this Bangalore residence, I kept it simple and clean. The facade design combines natural stone, wood-paneled planters, and a geometric jalli screen to create a play of textures and shadows, resulting in a modern home with a calm, inviting presence.
An aerial view of a double-height living space designed to feel expansive and intimate at the same time. This open-well atrium design is one of my key strategies for flooding homes with natural light and creating visual connections between floors.

We designed this double-height living room in a luxury Bangalore villa to feel both grand and inviting. The space is organized around a stunning central chandelier, with custom furniture and expansive windows that open up to the garden, creating a seamless connection with nature.8
This is from our Kaattu Veedu Guesthouse project, where we embraced earthy and sustainable design. The shaded verandah features handmade Athangudi tiles and restored wooden columns from old homes in Karaikudi, connecting the space to both nature and history.
We love adding a cheeky surprise to our designs. In this family living room, what looks like a wall of curated movie and music posters is actually a hidden bar, perfect for entertaining.
