Bold Tropical Architecture and Minimalist Interior Design
A selection of our signature projects showcasing the balance between geometric structure and the natural landscape.
This is the Long House, a design defined by a dramatic cantilevered volume that appears to float above the landscape. We used exposed concrete and warm timber to create a structure that is both monumental and deeply connected to the earth, embodying our approach to tropical modernism.
The living space of the Long House dissolves into the central courtyard through expansive glass walls. We designed this to create a seamless flow between the interior and the lush greenery, ensuring the home is filled with natural light and feels like an extension of the garden.
We treat functional elements as sculptural art. This unique staircase in The Quarry House is cantilevered from a suspended concrete wall, creating a gravity-defying centerpiece that is both a passage and a statement of structural innovation.
This is the result of our Villa re:FORM project, a complete transformation of an existing structure in Hyderabad. We introduced strong linear elements, including layered pergolas and a cantilevered balcony, to give the home a bold, contemporary, and cohesive new identity.
The Timber Edge project showcases our approach to architectural intervention. As dusk settles, the home's layered facade comes alive, with warm light accentuating the interplay between timber cladding, concrete forms, and deep-set balconies that engage with the streetscape.
At the heart of the Long House lies this tranquil courtyard, a green lung that organizes the home's spatial flow. This design feature is central to our tropical modern style, allowing for natural ventilation and a constant visual connection to nature from every part of the house.
This reel offers a dynamic tour of the Long House, showcasing its defining features. From the impressive cantilevered exterior to the light-filled minimalist interiors and serene green spaces, it captures the essence of a home designed to be both bold and peaceful.
Even private spaces are an opportunity for design excellence. In The Quarry House, this bathroom opens to a private green space, blending raw materials like black stone and red mosaic tiles with natural light to create a sanctuary that feels like a personal resort.
A bedroom in the Long House designed for tranquility and connection. Large windows frame views of the garden, while a palette of natural materials and textures creates a calm, uncluttered retreat that brings the peacefulness of the outdoors inside.
About Featured
Our design approach often centers on complex structural engineering, such as the 24-foot cantilevered volume seen in the Long House. This is not merely an aesthetic choice but a technical feat that allows us to create column-free, shaded exterior spaces that naturally regulate indoor temperatures.
We believe in an architecture of intention: pared down, precise, and deeply responsive to the site. Our portfolio, from the Quarry House to the Timber Edge intervention, is defined by a consistent language of exposed concrete, natural timber, and expansive glass.
Tropical modernism is at the core of our practice. We design for the Indian climate, emphasizing natural ventilation and light. Central courtyards act as green lungs, ensuring passive cooling and a constant visual connection to nature. We handle every detail, from site analysis and wind path optimization to structural coordination for heavy elements like large cantilevers. Our structural drawings, specifically for exposed concrete finishes, ensure that the final build is as refined as the concept.
Beyond new builds, we specialize in architectural intervention, transforming existing structures into fluid, contemporary homes. Whether a complete villa renovation or a facade redesign, our process remains consistent: stripping back the excess to reveal the potential of the built form. We manage the entire lifecycle of your project, from initial 2D plans and 3D renders to on-site execution. Our services encompass architectural planning, structural design, MEP, and interior landscape, ensuring a seamless transition from the initial sketch to the final inhabitability of your home.
