I was so excited to announce our fifth retreat and our very first one internationally. I chose Dubai because it's a city of incredible energy, and I knew it would be the perfect backdrop for our next chapter of wellness and community.
The pre-retreat buzz is one of my favorite things. Here is what some of our regulars and first-timers were feeling just before we took off for Dubai. This excitement is the foundation of the incredible energy we build together.

Our first day in Dubai was all about settling in and soaking up the atmosphere. From the airport to our hotel, you can feel the shared excitement. This is how we begin, with laughter and the promise of a transformative journey ahead.
This was our mat class on day two in Ras Al Khaimah. You can see us using resistance bands to deepen the side-body work and focusing on full-body stretches. The beautiful, semi-open space allowed us to feel connected to our surroundings as we moved.
Here is a glimpse of our outdoor group workout on the third day of our Dubai retreat. I am making personal adjustments to a client's form for a leg exercise, while the rest of the group holds strong in their planks. This is what it's all about: individual attention within a powerful group dynamic.

Mat Pilates is the core of our getaways, and honestly, it is tough work. I push you because I know you can handle it, using resistance bands and precise flows to deepen your strength. We balance those challenging sessions with time to connect, recharge, and enjoy surroundings that you just cannot find back in the city studio.
Why travel for Pilates? It is about shifting your environment to shift your headspace. When we step onto the mat in a setting like the sand dunes of Ras Al Khaimah or a serene riverside in Rishikesh, the practice takes on a different rhythm. You are not just fitting a class into your lunch break; you are making the entire trip about your movement and recovery. The programming focuses on 'Awaken and Align' morning sessions for mobility and 'Core and Control' evening power flows. I provide individual feedback, adjusting your form so you get the most out of every movement, just as I would back at the studio in Bandra. You will use Pilates rings, balls, and bands provided for the duration of the trip. My retreats are not silent meditation camps. We are a loud, supportive, and energetic family. You will find that strangers who arrive at the airport together leave as a tight-knit group. We share farm-to-table meals that are gut-friendly and high-protein, ensuring your body is fueled properly for the intensity of the sessions. Whether you are a regular from my Mumbai studio or joining for the first time, these retreats are for anyone ready to challenge themselves. We handle the logistics like airport transfers and local dining, so you only need to show up ready to work and ready to connect.
