I design these sessions to be challenging, but I do not care about perfect form right out of the gate. We use Pilates rings, bands, and balls to meet you where you are, and my focus is always on effort. Even if you only do a small movement, the fact that you showed up and tried, thoda bhi nahi kar paye but kiya, is the real win.
My retreats take the studio experience beyond the walls and into environments that force you to reset. We operate across three tiers of experiences to suit different needs. Our local weekend resets are held at premium farmhouses near Mumbai, perfect for a quick three-day infusion of wellness, farm-to-table meals, and four intensive Mat Pilates sessions. For those looking to combine travel with deeper immersion, we host heritage retreats in places like Varanasi and Goa, where we conduct training on riverside ghats or open courtyards to blend culture with movement. Finally, our flagship international experiences in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah offer a high-end wellness escape, featuring sunrise outdoor flows and sunset high-intensity strength sessions.
What remains constant across every location is the SRA method. I focus on breath, core engagement, and precise control rather than mindless repetition. You will work with props like resistance bands and rings, but the real work happens in the mind-body connection. We keep groups small to ensure I can watch your form, correct your alignment, and provide feedback that actually helps you progress.
