You don’t need to be a pro to join us. We pack everything—from resistance bands to the mats themselves—so you just bring your intent. We keep these groups small, which means I am constantly walking the floor, adjusting your form and checking your breath. It is the same attention I give in my Mumbai studios, just with a better view and fresh air.
Why We Take It Outdoors
There is a specific kind of shift that happens when you take Pilates out of a four-walled studio. Whether we are on a farmhouse lawn near Mumbai or looking out over the Ganges in Varanasi, nature forces you to slow down. The rhythm changes. We focus on 'Awaken and Align' flows in the morning to mobilize your joints and 'Core and Control' sessions in the evening to build strength.
What To Expect
These retreats are not about punishing workouts. They are about movement therapy.
- Small, Focused Groups: I do not do cookie-cutter mass classes. I want to see your spine, your alignment, and your breath. By keeping groups intimate, I can correct your form in real-time, just like I would in a private studio session.
- The Equipment: We provide everything. You will use Pilates rings, balls, and resistance bands to add variety to our mat flows. You don't need to carry anything but yourself.
- The Community: This is the 'SRA Family' vibe. We eat together, we sweat together, and we disconnect from our daily grind.

Whether you are looking for a quick Weekend Pilates Reset near Mumbai with farm-to-table meals, or a longer, immersive Heritage Retreat in locations like Goa or Dubai, the philosophy remains the same: movement is medicine. We cater to all levels, so if you are worried about, 'ki nahi ho raha to nahi karna hai' (not doing it because it’s hard), please don't be.
