About Our Retreats: The Full Experience

Think of these days as a chance to hit pause. You do not need to be flexible or have a perfect practice, as that is not the point. I handle the logistics, from the nourishing meals to the retreat schedule, so you can just show up and let your shoulders drop.

When you join one of my retreats, you are stepping away from the daily noise. Whether we are in the hills of Dehradun, the beaches of Goa, or a quiet spot in Bir, the goal is always the same: to find a rhythm that feels good to your body.

My sessions are designed to be accessible. We mix morning Vinyasa or Hatha flows to wake up the body with restorative evening sessions to help you settle down. You will find sound healing with Tibetan bowls, guided breathwork, and space for simple, human connection.

Community is the best part of these getaways. We share meals, go on nature treks, and hold sharing circles where we talk, laugh, and sometimes just listen. There is no judging here. If you want to skip a session to sit in the sun, that is encouraged. My only rule is that you show up for yourself.
