About this collection

We design our retreats to balance physical activity with deep rest. Whether it is a 10-hour day reset at a quiet farm or a 6-day island diving expedition, you will find a blend of dynamic Hatha flows and restorative sessions that help your nervous system downshift and let you truly reset.

For us, a retreat is about finding your baseline again. We believe yoga is not just about the pose, but about creating space for yourself to breathe. Our approach is rooted in traditional Hatha, where we balance the 'ha' (sun) and 'ta' (moon) energies to give you a mix of dynamic movement and calming stillness.

Where We Practice

We take our practice out of the studio and into nature. Our Lakshadweep expeditions combine daily sunrise yoga and meditation with PADI-certified scuba diving, letting you explore both the world beneath the waves and your own inner landscape. For those who cannot travel far, we host 1-day nature escapes at farms near Mumbai, featuring sattvic meals and restorative workshops. We also host urban escapes, such as sunset yoga on private yachts, proving that you can find peace even in the middle of a busy city.

Regardless of the location, our retreats are open to everyone from beginners to seasoned practitioners. We emphasize:
