Fitness is not just about sweating in a gym. It is about tuning in to yourself and letting movement be medicine for both body and soul.

Peace is here, at the feet of Adiyogi, and it is also here, in our own practice. I can help you find your peace through my online yoga sessions, connecting you to your inner self no matter where you are.

*Shiv saath hai to asambhav bhi sambhav hai.* When Shiva is with you, even the impossible becomes possible. A moment of pranayama (breathwork) with my students, finding stillness and connecting to a higher energy.

As the Bhagavad Gita teaches, just as strong winds can blow a boat off course, desires can lead the mind astray. Therefore, keep your senses under control. When the world sleeps, the sage is awake.

About The Mindful Practice: Beyond the Physical

My approach follows the Kaizen principle, where we focus on getting 1% better every single day. Whether we are practicing at my studio in Miramar or during an online session, we work on small, consistent movements that build strength while calming the mind.

When we practice, we aim to bridge the gap between ancient yoga wisdom and modern pilates mechanics. I call this Yogalates, a fusion that targets core strength while maintaining the focus and breathwork of traditional yoga. This is not just a workout. It is a work-in.

In my sessions, we address physical goals like spine health, core activation, and flexibility. Yet, the real goal is to build mental discipline. As I teach, tu es maan ka daas na ban, es maan ko apna daas bna le (do not be a slave to your mind, make your mind your slave).

I offer several ways to train:

  • 1-on-1 Sessions in Miramar: Personalized attention for specific goals like rehab or advanced inversions.
  • Group Classes: Small batches that allow for proper form correction and adjustments.
  • Online Sessions: Bringing the studio experience to your home, wherever you are.
