Step into a space designed for intentional movement. Our studio combines clinical physiotherapy with Pilates equipment to help you heal, strengthen, and align your body safely.

Welcome to my PhysioPilates studio. It is equipped with a Reformer, TRX suspension trainers, stability balls, and other props to provide a comprehensive and tailored movement experience for both private and group sessions.

The Pilates Reformer is a versatile piece of equipment that uses spring resistance to challenge your entire body. This video shows how it can be used for a variety of exercises to build strength, improve flexibility, and refine control.

This video captures the dynamic atmosphere of a group mat Pilates class. Using props like the magic circle, we work on core strength, posture, and flexibility in a supportive and motivating group setting.

My studio is designed to be a bright and welcoming space for healing and movement. The clean, organized environment allows you to focus on your body and your practice without distraction.

Join us for an energetic group Pilates session. This video shows clients working together on their mats, using props like the stability ball to engage their core and improve coordination under my guidance.

In my sessions, I prioritize safety and proper form. Here, an instructor provides hands-on cues to a client on the Reformer to ensure correct alignment and prevent overexertion, maximizing the benefits of the exercise.

Props like Pilates balls, resistance bands, and foam rollers are used to enhance the workout. As shown here on the Reformer, they can help with alignment, provide support, or add an extra challenge to the exercise.

This image captures an advanced exercise on the Reformer, highlighting the importance of coordinating breath with movement. This practice develops body awareness and a sense of calm, even during challenging movements.

This image provides essential tips for beginners starting their Pilates journey. The focus is on learning foundational movements and building a strong mind-body connection on equipment like the Reformer.

Safety is paramount in every Pilates session. Here, an instructor guides a client through a lunge on the Reformer, ensuring proper form to protect the joints while effectively strengthening the legs and core.

About Our Studio & Equipment

Our studio is not a standard fitness center. We strictly limit group mat sessions to 6-8 participants to ensure you receive actual form correction, and our Reformer sessions are guided by physiotherapists. Every piece of equipment, from the Merrithew Reformer to our high-density mats and Magic Circles, is selected to support injury rehabilitation and safe joint loading.
