About The Reformer Experience

Our group Reformer classes are strictly capped at four participants per session. This isn't just about group fitness, it ensures I can provide individual form correction during every single rep, so you are always moving safely and getting the most out of your practice.

At Align with Saba, our Reformer practice is about quality, not quantity. We do not rush through movements. We use premium Merrithew V2 Max Reformers because they allow for precise resistance adjustments, which is essential for building functional strength without putting unnecessary stress on your joints. Whether you are an athlete or someone working through an injury, these machines support a range of motion that mat Pilates simply cannot match.

We integrate jumpboard intervals for heart rate elevation and use props like fitness circles to challenge your stability throughout the session. It is not just about the burn in your quads, it is about learning to control your body with your mind. If you feel your legs shaking during a set, that is a positive sign that your muscles are waking up and responding to the stimulus.
