About Yoga Classes
My Approach
Yoga isn't just slow stretching for me - it's tapasya (real discipline) for both body and mind. I carry over the same focus and strength from karate training into my yoga workshops. The sessions are about building flexibility, sharp focus, and strong habits. Not the usual chill yoga, but an active style that wakes you up.
How My Sessions Work
I don't run regular yoga classes or a studio. These are special, one-off workshops, scheduled for your group on request. So, samajh lo (understand) - it's not a walk-in thing. You book us for your building, school, or office, and we show up ready to go.
What We Do
- Yoga for kids and adults, always with shiddat (intensity).
- Group wellness workshops, usually outdoors where everyone brings their own mat.
- Focus on flexibility, focus, and discipline - especially for children who need energy and structure.
- Sessions are hands-on, lively, and designed to get everyone involved.
Who Books Us
- Housing societies wanting something special for wellness events.
- Schools and children’s groups after a fun but disciplined fitness activity.
- Corporate teams looking for a different kind of team-building.
My style mixes the best of yoga and martial arts - expect to sweat, laugh, and build some real jazba (spirit).

My Story
Karate for me, it’s pyar h, kya kre (it’s love, what to do). Discipline is my mantra. Jalna padega yaar, koi rasta nahi hai (you gotta burn, there’s no shortcut). My students, my stars – their wins, their Teacher’s Day cakes, that’s real happiness. Silver medal? I come back harder. This journey is about shiddat (intensity), imandari (honesty), and never giving up. Manzil to abhi bahut dur hai (the destination’s far), but we keep moving.
My Work
Shito-ryu Karate, Self Defence & Yoga - We train in Shito-ryu karate, practical self defence, and yoga for martial artists.
Discipline & Hard Work - Our way: push limits, no shortcuts, never give up. Rukna nahi hai (don’t stop).
Open to All - Boys, girls, kids - everyone’s welcome. We build champions for life and competitions.
Competition Prep - District karate championship coaching, medals, SFA events – winning is total fun!
Training Style - Basics, kumite (fighting), kata (forms), agility drills, running, footwork – we learn, we win.
