About Group Yoga & Wellness Workshops
My sessions are designed to make you sweat. We skip the long meditation and focus on dynamic movements, agility drills, and flexibility exercises that mirror my karate training. Whether it's for a residential society or a corporate group, expect a high-intensity workout that builds real mental focus and physical toughness.
My Method: Yoga with a Karate Twist
I don't teach "chill" yoga. My approach is simple: if you want to grow, jalna padega (you have to burn). I combine traditional asanas like Surya Namaskar, Trikonasana, and Vrikshasana with the dynamic stretching and agility drills I use for my karate students.
How We Work
This is not a regular studio class. I come to your location, be it a society park, school ground, or office common area. I believe that fitness should be accessible and intense.
- For Societies & Offices: I conduct 60 to 90 minute workshops focused on active instruction. We skip the relaxation part; this is about endurance.
- For Kids & Schools: My sessions build structure and habits. I focus on energy release and discipline through movement.
What You Need
Keep it simple. Everyone brings their own mat and water bottle. If your group is over 20 people, please arrange a mic or speaker so my instructions are clear. I focus on proper form and alignment, so expect me to be loud and precise. This isn't about looking perfect in a pose; it's about pushing your limits with shiddat (intensity).
