The 'Tapasya' Method: High-Intensity Training
I don't teach typical, slow-paced yoga. This is active, high-intensity training designed to build discipline, core strength, and real focus, just like in karate.
This is what it takes. I personally guide my students through difficult stretches to unlock their body's potential. The pain is temporary, but the strength is permanent.
Dynamic stretching and mobility drills are a core part of my training. We build functional strength that you can use in sports and everyday life, not just on the mat.

About The 'Tapasya': My Training Method
This is not about relaxing on a mat. We mix intense karate-style warm-ups with dynamic yoga to build functional strength and core stability, exactly how I train my martial arts students. Be ready to sweat and push yourself because real results require 'shiddat' (intensity).
My 'Tapasya' method is built on one simple truth: you have to sweat to see progress. Unlike traditional studio classes, I bring these workshops directly to your society park, school ground, or office. We focus on building 'jazba' (spirit) through a blend of Surya Namaskar, Trikonasana, and active mobility drills designed to increase flexibility and endurance.
For adults, it is a chance to break the monotony of a desk job with a session that wakes up the body. For kids, it is about learning focus and structure early. There are no shortcuts here, just hard work and discipline. You bring the mat, I bring the intensity. Whether you are a housing society looking for a weekend fitness drive or a corporate team needing a real team-building challenge, this is for anyone willing to put in the effort.
