I don't run standard gym classes. These are high-energy, on-site fitness workshops designed to build real strength, discipline, and endurance for your group.

Discipline is everything. Once you decide something, you stick to it. This is the 'tapasya' I teach, a promise you make to yourself to do the hard work that others will not.

This was our International Yoga Day workshop for a housing society in Faridabad. We bring this energy and 'jazba' to your location for any group event, be it for your office or school.

Flexibility does not come easy. It requires 'kasht' and 'shiddat'. I work hands on with every student, pushing them to find their true strength. Don't stop.

Training the next generation at a local school. We use agility drills and dynamic exercises to build focus and coordination in kids, making fitness a part of their routine.

An outdoor training session in the park. We use the open space to work on foundational strength and flexibility, building a strong body and a disciplined mind.

When I come to your school, office, or housing society, we follow a rigorous format that blends yoga asanas with dynamic martial arts warm-ups. You need to come prepared to sweat, follow strict commands, and put in the work required to build real flexibility.
