High-Intensity Fitness Workshops: Yoga Meets Martial Arts
I don't run standard gym classes. These are high-energy, on-site fitness workshops designed to build real strength, discipline, and endurance for your group.
Discipline is everything. Once you decide something, you stick to it. This is the 'tapasya' I teach, a promise you make to yourself to do the hard work that others will not.
This was our International Yoga Day workshop for a housing society in Faridabad. We bring this energy and 'jazba' to your location for any group event, be it for your office or school.
Flexibility does not come easy. It requires 'kasht' and 'shiddat'. I work hands on with every student, pushing them to find their true strength. Don't stop.
Training the next generation at a local school. We use agility drills and dynamic exercises to build focus and coordination in kids, making fitness a part of their routine.
An outdoor training session in the park. We use the open space to work on foundational strength and flexibility, building a strong body and a disciplined mind.

My workshops are designed for those who want to move beyond the usual routine. I bring my experience in Shito-ryu karate into every yoga session, creating a high-intensity environment that is perfect for schools, corporate team-building, or community wellness events in Faridabad.
What to Expect
- Active Training: We skip the long, slow holds. Expect cardio-heavy Surya Namaskar, core-strengthening drills, and hip-opening sequences that prepare you for more advanced movement.
- Discipline-First Approach: My coaching style is built on precision. I project instructions clearly, and I expect the same level of focus from participants. This is how we build habits that last.
- Logistics: I travel to your location. Whether it is a park in your society or a school ground, I arrive with the plan to get the group moving.
Practical Details
- Group Setup: These are one-off events or weekend fitness drives, not recurring daily classes.
- Preparation: Since these are outdoor or on-site workshops, participants must bring their own yoga mats and water bottles.
- Sound Requirements: If your group exceeds 20 people, please arrange a mic and speaker system so I can maintain control and keep the energy high throughout the session.
