About Kids Yoga & Fitness
I see kids’ fitness as much more than exercise - it’s about helping them feel good in their bodies and minds, all while having fun. My sessions are designed so children don’t just move, but enjoy every minute and look forward to coming back.
How My Sessions Work
- Group-based and playful, mostly at client locations like schools or community halls.
- Activities include simple yoga-inspired stretches, aerobic movements, and group games that get everyone giggling.
- I skip the tough yoga poses; it’s about easy movements and playful “work-ins” (not just workouts).
- We dance, we play, we stretch - all with the goal of building stamina, coordination, and basic body awareness.
What Kids Get Out Of It
- Better strength, balance, and movement skills
- Boosted confidence and self-awareness
- Ability to handle their energy and emotions (bachon ka mood thik rakhte hain - keeps kids’ moods steady)
- A fun way to build healthy habits, not just another class
Kids yoga for me isn’t about perfection. Some days they’ll be super active, some days a bit distracted - that’s normal. The main thing is, they always leave a little happier than they came in.

My Story
Life’s a circus, isn’t it? Sometimes wild, sometimes calm. Yoga kinda helps me walk that tightrope. I call what I do ‘Yognaman’ – Yog for discipline, Naman for greeting from the soul. Not gonna lie, I’ve messed up, taken breaks, got lazy. Coming back was tough, but it taught me honesty and self-kindness matter more than showing off. Yoga’s my language for freedom and just feeling alive.
My Work
Yoga, Acupressure, Ayurveda, Meditation - I guide you in mindful yoga sessions, Ayurveda therapy, acupressure for wellness, and meditation for inner peace.
YOGNAMAN Philosophy - It’s not just poses. It’s about mixing discipline and soul, praising a good life, and growing inside out.
Safety First - Beginners, don’t skip guidance. We start slow, warm up with surya namaskar, and focus on safe movement.
Complete Practice - We meditate before and after asanas. You’ll stretch, breathe, and leave with real calm.
Your Journey - We test your balance, strength, and flexibility, but mostly help you trust and sense your own body.
