Yoga is an inner journey, not just exercise. Explore my method of using specialized props, deep asana practice, and breathwork to find alignment, manage health concerns, and create real change.

This is the essence of my Soul To Shiva method. Here, I am providing a hands-on adjustment for Eka Pada Rajakapotasana, or One-Legged King Pigeon Pose. Using a yoga belt allows the student to safely deepen the backbend and open the hips and chest, getting the full therapeutic benefit of the asana without risking injury. Correct alignment is everything.

Age is just a number on this journey. This dedicated student is 46 years old and has been with me for two years. Through consistent practice, she has developed incredible flexibility and strength, mastering advanced poses like Hanumanasana (the splits). Her progress shows that with discipline, *parivartan* (transformation) is possible for anyone.

In my studio, we use props to make yoga accessible and effective. Here you can see a group class using chairs and yoga wheels to support a deep backbend. This technique helps open the thoracic spine and shoulders safely, which is crucial for relieving back pain and improving posture, even if you are a beginner.

Yoga is an *andar ki journey* (an inner journey) to quiet the mind. An inversion like this supported headstand (Sirsasana) is powerful for combating stress, depression, and anxiety. By increasing blood flow to the brain, it helps calm the nervous system and brings a sense of focus and peace.

I offer specialized classes to address specific health concerns. This session is tailored for women dealing with PCOD and PCOS. We use targeted asanas, like this supported forward bend, to help regulate hormones, manage weight, and reduce the stress associated with these conditions.

We use a variety of tools to challenge the body and build strength. This advanced asana, a variation of Viparita Shalabhasana (Superman Pose) using wall ropes, builds incredible core and back strength. It shows how we can use props to achieve poses that might otherwise seem impossible.

*परिवर्तन मुश्किल है लेकिन परिवर्तन जरूरी है।* (Change is difficult, but change is necessary.) This is my core belief. Here, students use stability balls for core strengthening exercises. The physical challenge you see is just the beginning; the real work is the inner transformation that comes with pushing your limits.

The goal of all asana practice is to prepare the body and mind for stillness. Our Om meditation sessions are where we practice Chitta Vritti Nirodha, the calming of the mental fluctuations. This is where the deepest healing begins, connecting the soul to the universal consciousness.

You won't find generic routines here. My method is built on using props like wall ropes, iron chairs, and yoga wheels to guide your body into correct, safe alignment. If you have chronic back pain, herniated discs, or deep stiffness, these tools allow you to access the therapeutic stretches you simply cannot reach on a mat alone. It is demanding, but this is the necessary path to get the real physiological results you are looking for.
