Group Yoga Classes for Real Transformation
Radhe Radhe. Yoga is an inner journey, not just a stretch. Join our group sessions where discipline meets collective energy to guide you toward true change.
A glimpse into a typical class at our studio. Students of different levels practice together, using props like sticks for alignment in standing poses and moving with mindful intention.
Students use chairs to support themselves in a lunge variation (Anjaneyasana). This shows how we adapt poses for a group, allowing everyone to access the stretch and benefits safely.
*Quiet the mind and the soul will speak.* Students practice meditation outdoors, connecting with nature and their inner selves. This is an essential part of our practice, taking the stillness we cultivate in the studio out into the world.
About this collection
In our group classes, we don't just move through poses; we focus on alignment that heals. Whether you are a beginner or experienced, you will use props like iron chairs and wall ropes to safely challenge your limits. You are here for real results, and my job is to ensure that while you practice with others, your path to physical and mental clarity remains precise and safe.
Yoga is not an isolated activity. When you practice with a community, the energy changes. It becomes a disciplined space where collective intent drives individual progress. My group sessions at New Ashok Nagar and Mayur Vihar Phase 1 are structured to ensure you get the same rigorous attention in a group as you would in a private session.
Why Practice in a Group?
Group energy is powerful. It creates accountability. You see others pushing through their own challenges, and it reminds you that parivartan mushkil hai, lekin zaroori hai (change is difficult, but necessary).
The Method
We do not focus on 'Instagram-ready' poses. We focus on:
- Alignment: Using wall ropes for spinal traction and iron chairs for supported backbends.
- Therapeutic Focus: Addressing specific needs like PCOD, thyroid, diabetes, or back pain, even within the group setting.
- Discipline: You must burn yourself to see change (jalana padega apne aap ko). This takes time, patience, and 6 days of commitment a week.
Is This For You?
My classes are for those who are serious about their health. Whether you are a senior needing gentle adjustments or someone managing a chronic condition, I design the practice so you can work safely alongside others. We do not offer shortcuts. We offer a path from the self, to the self, through the self. If you are ready to work hard and quiet your mind, come join us on the mat.
Sunil Yogi
I am Yogi Sunil. I started Soul to Shiva Yoga Foundation because real yoga isn't about aesthetics; it is about quieting the mind and disciplining the body. In my classes, I don't sugarcoat the process because I know that true change requires effort, but I will be there to guide your alignment every step of the way.
