In this gallery, you see a mix of our daily practice, special community events, and the discipline we maintain. Whether it is an International Yoga Day gathering or a standard weekday session, the focus remains the same: steady, controlled movement that challenges your limitations.
Yoga is not just about the one hour you spend on the mat. It is a continuous effort to quiet the mind, what we call Chitta Vritti Nirodha. In these images, you see the reality of our practice at our New Ashok Nagar and Mayur Vihar studios. We do not use AC to keep the environment natural and encourage the sweat required for detoxification.
You will notice the use of props like iron chairs and wall ropes in our sessions. These are not shortcuts. They are tools for spinal traction and deep alignment, especially for students dealing with slip discs or sciatica. We believe that if you want a healthy body and a calm mind, you must be willing to put in the work. Jalana padega apne aap ko (you must burn yourself).
If you are looking for generic, easy exercise, this is not the place for you. We focus on therapeutic results, hormonal balance, and structural correction. Join us if you are ready to commit to the journey.
