My teaching style is rooted in understanding the 'why' behind every posture. For instance, do you know why lower back pain is common among office workers? It is often due to posture and lack of spinal mobility. Rather than just giving exercises, I explain the root cause and provide a specific, actionable sequence to address it. We apply this same logic to everything from headstands to meditation.
Workshop Formats
- Themed Community Workshops: These are 120-minute group sessions designed to cover both theory and practice. We spend time discussing yogic principles before moving into the asana flow.
- Advanced Technique Masterclasses: These are intensive, limited-capacity sessions where we focus on complex skills like Acro Yoga or Pincha Mayurasana. Here, I prioritize hands-on spotting to ensure safety.
My studio in Sunder Vihar, Paschim Vihar, is equipped with studio mats, foam blocks, and cotton straps to facilitate deep, safe stretching. Whether you are coming in for full moon meditation or a power yoga flow, the goal is consistent: to build a small habit that leads to big changes in your health.
